Minors under the age of 18 must come with their legal representative.

 

The file should be prepared in the order of the documents listed in the form, no staples should be used, and the Ege University Declaration/Control document must be completed in three copies, placed at the top of the file. Photos should be attached with a paperclip.

 

All documents should be placed in a transparent plastic folder and brought to the Ege University Student Affairs Department 5 minutes before the appointment time.

 

Students who miss their appointment time should update their appointment by changing the appointment time through the "Appointment Link" sent to their email.
